None too suprizingly, after a perusal of my November traffic statistics (lovingly provided by my host show the the most-viewed portion of this site is the image gallery.

Specifically the Final Fantasy Tactics galleries. Those things were found, if I recall correctly, a couple of years ago in a flood posting to alt.binaries.pictures.anime and I put them up because FFT (my favorite PS1 game of all time) didn’t have much of an artistic presence on the web at the time. Since then a lot of fanpages have gone up for all number of subjects, including FFT. There are a lot of job/skills faqs out there to be had (I actually used one last time I played it, and was quite disappointed in the Dancer).

Some folks were still searching for the Real Bout High School gallery, but due to diskspace and bandwidth needs, I have to keep my priorities straight: more people have been hitting this site by searching for Star Ocean EX, so that sucker is going to stay for a while.

I had been hoping to get a decent amount of G-On Riders artwork to put up in one place, but mostly all I can find are the official pics from the official site and some rather lousy screenshots (I’m not a big fan of flooding galleries with screenshots, sorry). So that’s on the back burner indefinitely.

There were a small number of hits on a couple of D&D topics, ironic because that’s the bulk of the 100+ articles available through this site. My rantings on the subjects of skill and feat selections as well as some intermediate/advanced combat tactics have been lightly read by some of the people in my Thursday Night gaming group, so that’s OK.

I’m not entirely convinced that there is a lot of tweaking necessary for the content of the www.sonic.net/jdf/ site as a result of this traffic scrutiny. The only effort I’ve made to publicize this place is in the form of two links at the Anime Web Turnpike so any spidering by search engines has started from a gallery perspective. Similarly, I’m not inclined to expect people with questions about the subtleties of a Bull Rush maneuver to perform a web search.
