I took some trollbait on the soldats forum and next thing I knew I was merrily scanning through IMESH for the last handful of Star Ocean EX episodes I’ve been looking for (12, 15, 16, 17, & 18). It’s zippy enough on the search end, alrighty, and there are a lot of pertinent files out there but DAMN does it ever take a lot of bandwidth away from my meager little fserv…
I imagine once I’m done grabbing this particular batch I’ll go back to plain old IRC. Though it actually takes longer to get anything (with queues and all that), it feels more like I’m actually participating in the process.
I think this’ll be the last one. During my last stint in #soldats-fserve, before I was mysteriously disconnected from it, I got the mystical Final Fantasy Unlimited episode 25. I haven’t had a chance to watch it yet, but word is that this wraps up the series. On to a new obsession, I suppose. Or possibly G-On Riders episode 7.
