In a way, it has been there since the first episode; we just didn't know it yet. I'm giving the production crew the benefit of the doubt for now, as the first several episodes were so well done. Those two fight scenes in eps 8 and 9 made it seem like some dbz, transformation, gundam anime type thingy and that's never good. I'll just have to wait for more updates from you.
